2. No Guarantee of Recovery

Whether funds exist, whether you are eligible, and whether a claim succeeds depend on facts and on government and institutional processes outside our control. We do not guarantee that any funds will be identified or recovered, or any particular amount or timeline.

3. Contingency Fee

Where we agree to pursue a claim, our fee is a pre-agreed percentage of funds actually recovered. If nothing is recovered, you owe us no fee. The specific fee and terms are set out in your signed engagement agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.

We act on a claim only after you sign an engagement and any authorization required by the relevant agency. You may withdraw authorization in writing, subject to the terms of your agreement.

This site and our informational materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sentinel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
